What I love about real estate is that it’s both an art and a science. There’s a certain thrill in running the numbers - analyzing local market data, broader economic trends, and a home’s unique features to determine its true value and predict what it will sell for. At the same time, there’s the creative side: enhancing curb appeal, solving issues before they become deal-breakers, and presenting each home in its best possible light.
I caught the real estate bug after buying our first condo in 2008. Since then, my family and I have moved up the property ladder from Fairview to Downtown and now Steveston - learning a lot along the way and becoming a trusted resource for friends and family.
After 25+ years in corporate sales and management, I made the leap into real estate full-time and haven’t looked back. I specialize in residential homes and investment properties, with a strong belief in selling something fixed, not broken. I love building value and seeing potential where others might not.
I’m a natural fixer who thrives on coordinating all the moving parts - from trades and financing to buyers and sellers - and creating smooth, successful transactions. Every deal is a chance to learn, build relationships, and help clients reach their real estate goals.
In 2024, I reached RE/MAX Platinum Club status and closed $27 million in sales, thanks to the trust of my amazing clients and the support of the top 1% Medallion team at Steveston Real Estate, where I’m proud to work alongside some of the best in the business.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me in Steveston with my wife, our two daughters, and our Boston Terrier, Mochi - enjoying the lifestyle this amazing community has to offer.
